If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days ,which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is missing, defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days after receiving your order to report any issues. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If the product is not received in its original condition, we will deduct any reduction in the value of the item from the refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If your refund is approved, you will be refunded the purchase value of the item + shipping paid for the original order (if the entire order was returned). 

If your order amount is no longer above the free shipping threshold after the return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

For customers outside EU: only the purchase value of the items can be refunded, not the cost of shipping, customs fees or import taxes, etc. Re-import charges and other fees that we have to pay for a return will also be deducted from your refund.
